Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer for onsite roles in Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA. The position will involve supporting testing, integration, and verification of radar systems in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Your work will include developing test plans, analyzing data, and ensuring system performance meets requirements. A DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required; travel to locations and facilities may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, or test.
• Experience via on-the-job, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Testing Efforts: develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification docs.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues via data analysis and debugging.
• Drive performance improvements across functions and verify requirements.
• Use modeling and simulation to predict system performance and support verification.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and assess functionality.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for seamless integration.
• Document integration plans and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis of radar performance to ensure optimum system behavior.
• Develop and track specifications across complex system architectures.
• Travel up to 10% to RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations.
