Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer for onsite roles in Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA. You will support testing, integration, and verification of radar-related systems, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure performance and compliance with requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and experience in systems software/hardware. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required. This position offers relocation eligibility and comprehensive RTX benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major.
• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality and impact.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Develop integration documentation, plans, analyze data, verify requirements and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance.
