Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer II for onsite work in the US, focusing on planning and executing complex integration and verification test events for missile defense technologies. Qualifications include a STEM bachelor's degree and experience with system requirements, integration, and testing, with preferred familiarity in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++/C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major by start date.
• Experience with systems requirements, systems integration, systems test, systems software, and/or systems hardware.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification in both simulated and real-world environments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed analysis and debugging.
• Drive performance improvements and resolve system issues across functions.
• Modeling and simulation of system performance to support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems in field test environments.
