RTX in Marlborough, Massachusetts seeks a Radar Systems Engineer I to join the Surface Radars and Radars team. This onsite role supports the full lifecycle from concept development to deployment on mission-critical radar systems.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in STEM and have or be eligible for an active Secret DoD clearance; travel up to 20% to RTX facilities and customer locations is expected. You will collaborate across disciplines, perform data analysis, develop algorithms and

• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
