Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours as a key leader and liaison across teams and departments.
• Oversee front-end operations, ensure efficient checkout lanes, and assist with register duties to minimize customer wait times.
• Lead and develop a team of customer service staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Promote Wegmans values and high standards by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Respond quickly to operational challenges in collaboration with store leadership.
• Participate in special projects to strengthen team culture.
