DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Associate Software Support to provide first-level client support for our proprietary software. You will help triage issues, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve our support processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (equivalent experience considered) and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with professional programming concepts; no prior experience required.
• Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL and relational databases; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level client support for assigned software applications.
• Communicate with clients to provide clear written instructions and document issues using JIRA.
• Diagnose and triage software issues; identify and document root causes.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing software solutions.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of potential solutions.
• Support the preparation of functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination sessions.
