Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Associate Software Support in Fort Wayne, IN. This entry-level role provides first-level client support for DMA’s proprietary software, triages issues, and contributes to documentation and process improvements.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, assist in code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination, and develop familiarization with HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL, and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with professional programming concepts; no prior experience required.
• Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level client support for DMA’s software applications.
• Communicate with clients, document issues in JIRA, and triage software problems.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination sessions.
