General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. in Honolulu, HI is seeking an entry-level records clerk to maintain and update records in the Shipyard Discrepancy Control System (7G). You will learn Spars Database processes for TGIs, DFs, DLs and DRs while supporting the trades and management teams.

You will gain proficiency in ATIS, Electronic Desktop, Microsoft Office, HIS and CU Database, with travel to other shipyards and extended assignments across the continental US and Guam as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ months of experience in a work package control role.
• Willing to work overtime to support project demands.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Review and process high volume data into the 7G Shipyard Discrepancy Control System.
• Support administrative tasks with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
• Maintain and organize certification records; perform audits for accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with trades, supervisors and management.
• Prepare documents for shipment and support team objectives.
