Job summary

Genesis of Milwaukee is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative for their busy, fast-growing service department. This entry-level role focuses on scheduling service appointments and handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email.

You will coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts/Rental Department, maintain calendars, and follow up on declined services or recalls. A strong customer-first mindset and basic Windows Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have the highest level of customer service.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows Office.
• Ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental Department.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-ups for services not performed.
• Proactively contact customers to set up required service/recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on orders and back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.
