Genesis of Milwaukee is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative to support a busy service department in Milwaukee. The role involves scheduling service appointments, coordinating with service advisors and parts/rental teams, and handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email.

The position is entry-level with expectations of strong customer service, reliable attendance, and the ability to learn vendor portals quickly.

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/ or recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.

Requirements:

All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office, along with the ability to learn vender programs/portals quickly and efficiently. All candidates must be 18, with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, and have the ability to multi-task. Drug testing required. This is an entry-level position.
