Sommer’s Automotive in Mequon, WI seeks an Automotive BDC Agent to handle inbound inquiries, schedule service appointments, and nurture leads. No automotive experience is required; the role blends customer service with sales support, in a fast-paced environment and a structured pay plan.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
• Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales and service departments.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.
