Responsibilities

• Welcome GM customers and assist with vehicle service needs.
• Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems.
• Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Provide timely service updates and follow-up.
• Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards.
