Job summary

Graff Chevrolet GMC of Michigan City is seeking an Entry-Level Service Advisor to assist customers with their vehicle service needs. In this full-time role, you will manage repair orders, communicate clearly with customers, and work closely with technicians to ensure quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome GM customers and assist with vehicle service needs
• Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems
• Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Provide timely service updates and follow‑up
• Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards
• Learn GM service processes, warranty basics, and dealership procedures
