Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a team member for the Manufacturing Operations Shift Team. The role focuses on improving production flow, monitoring software and equipment, and ensuring strict safety and environmental guidelines are followed in a cleanroom setting.

The candidate will identify bottlenecks, manage tool efficiency, communicate roadblocks, and follow established procedures while promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decisions on the line.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear a cleanroom smock for an entire shift.
• Lift up to 25 lb during the shift.
• Ability to follow and create documented procedures.
• Must maintain focus on safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Bottleneck identification & management.
• Tool efficiency (rundown, utilization, stop loss).
• Communicating production roadblocks.
• Following operating procedures to execute well-defined tasks.
