Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative in Merrifield, VA to build trusted relationships with engineering and sciences clients. You will identify target accounts, qualify opportunities, and drive initial conversations with decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services SME for the territory.
• Establish target accounts and prospects using internal/external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships using CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers; qualify opportunities and create value.
• Increase sales and market share within assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards.
• Build and maintain relationships by providing quality consultants and marketing resumes.
• Lead client meetings and consultant lunches; partner with recruiting to fulfill client needs.
