Actalent, based in the US with a strong engineering and sciences network, seeks an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative in Alaska to build trusted client relationships and drive early sales conversations.

You’ll join a structured training program, start with a base around $60,000, and have uncapped commissions plus car and cell allowances, plus healthcare and a 401(k). This role offers growth into leadership within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of character and professionalism
• Strong propensity to learn as necessary

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory
• Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including CRMs
• Conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers; qualify business and create value for clients
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants
• Market resumes of ideal candidates to clients
• Lead client site meetings and consultant lunches as part of sales activities
