Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to potential business customers on behalf of B2B technology clients
• Identify and engage decision-makers to generate new business opportunities
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives and sales teams
• Build rapport and communicate value propositions confidently over the phone
• Research potential customers and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales managers and team members to improve outreach strategies
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to develop your skills
• Consistently work toward individual and team performance targets
