Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Burnsville, Minnesota. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries with professionalism. You will build relationships and assist customers with product information, all while maintaining CRM records. Candidates should have 1-3+ years in customer service or inside sales. What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact, responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and urgency
• Guide customers to the right products based on their needs, answering questions and troubleshooting basic issues along the way
• Partner with distributors to provide quotes, order support, lead times, and detailed product information
• Proactively follow up on inbound leads and open quotes to move opportunities forward and drive sales conversion
• Build strong, lasting relationships through outbound outreach and consistent communication
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, track activity, and support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years in B2B customer service, inside sales, or sales support
• Strong communication skills (phone + email)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus

Schedule

Hybrid after ~90 days onsite training (2 days WFH per week)
