Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the postion.
• Possess in depth knowledge of Codale computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Must be a team player and abide by Codale’s strong core values and beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Liaise between customer and Codale departments (credit purchasing, warehouse, outside sales, management).
• Identify and locate merchandise using product knowledge, catalog numbers, and reference materials.
• Provide quotations or price/term/delivery details for merchandise.
