What does the part-time position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a commission based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family. After training, reps work from home and locally. Most meetings and training are held in the office.
