What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Reps are paid $30.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is assured even during off weeks.

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, they gain valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field.

Long-term reps (even part-time) can pursue various career paths including management and professional sales.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work extensively, others part-time, to earn extra income around other commitments such as classes, jobs, or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home and local visits after training.
