Compensation: Reps earn a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, with a reliable fallback income even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of experience training successful reps, skills gained here—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We support creating a flexible schedule that suits individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are conducted in our office, with work from home and local opportunities after training.
