Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family obligations. Most meetings and training are held in the office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
