What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, but performance incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed as training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, with a reliable fallback income even during off weeks.

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any career. Long-term reps can pursue management or sales professional paths.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. After training, reps work from home and locally. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
