Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with additional incentives based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Reps create schedules that suit their needs, working part-time or as much as they choose. Most meetings and training are held at the office; after training, work is primarily remote and local.
