Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can choose a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income fallback is available even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of experience in training individuals for success, we emphasize skill development in sales, networking, and communication—valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule & Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home available after training.
