What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide all the training required for success.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a consistent income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Experience and Skills

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, they will develop valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field.

Long-term reps, even part-time, can advance into management and professional sales roles.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist our reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, some part-time, and others earn extra income around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
