Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that is not dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in our office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
