Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. Compensation includes a base pay (paid weekly) not based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is required; training is provided.
Reps earn $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed fallback income even in off weeks.
We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.
Reps can create flexible schedules, working as much or as little as they choose, around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally; meetings and training are held in the office.
People with diverse backgrounds—retail, food service, administrative roles, landscaping, etc.—who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people. Previous experience is not necessary.
