Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in homes. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential performance incentives. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to earn more, with a guaranteed fallback income even during off weeks.

Work schedule and environment

We assist our reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, but sales work is conducted from home or locally after training.
