Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. Reps are paid a base pay (paid weekly) that is not dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of experience, we train individuals to succeed. Skills gained, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally. Meetings and training are primarily held in our office.
