Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, although performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $21.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with the possibility of earning commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained here, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
