The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential performance incentives. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $26.50 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can choose a performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a steady income is guaranteed even during off weeks.
