Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $22.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional commission structure based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue career paths in management or professional sales, even if working part-time.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules to fit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, but sales reps work from home and locally after training.
