Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Charlotte, NC invites energetic newcomers to join our entry-level sales program. You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, with six-figure potential after a few years and a paid, hands-on training track.

No experience is required; we offer a paid training program, an in-office, fast-paced environment, and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
