Job summary

Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking a benefits representative who consults with families, explains available options, and helps tailor plans to fit their needs. You will reach out to individuals, schedule Zoom meetings, and build lasting client relationships.

The role includes reviewing plans, assisting with claims, and delivering attentive service. Flexible schedule with remote work options; offices are available for in-person work as needed.

• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.

• Respond to client questions and concerns about benefits.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
