• 0–3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client-facing roles
• Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and place top talent alongside clients and internal teams

• Negotiate job offers and educate candidates on opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ATS systems and ensure documentation
