RHM Staffing Solutions in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking sales-oriented graduates to start as Recruiters, then advance to Account Executive and leadership roles. You’ll identify, interview, and place top talent while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship. The role offers a $60K base salary plus uncapped weekly commissions, with plentiful growth opportunities and a benefits package.

• Start as a Recruiter: Begin your career as a Recruiter, where you'll work closely with clients, Sales Managers, and internal teams to identify, interview, and place top talent.
• Transition into Outside Sales as an Account Executive: Once you've mastered the fundamentals, you’ll move into a sales role where you’ll build your own client base, sell RHM’s staffing solutions, and manage a team of recruiters.

• Learn cold calling techniques, generate sales leads, and build relationships by attending meetings you set with clients to expand business opportunities
• Negotiate job offers and educate candidates on current and future opportunities aligned with their qualifications
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and ensure accurate documentation in CRM and ATS systems
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to team success and company growth
• Build and manage your own book of business, owning the full sales cycle including but not limited to prospecting, cold calling, scheduling on-site client meetings, negotiating rates and contracts and maintaining long-term relationships
• Lead and mentor recruiters by developing their skills, sharing best practices, and helping guide them toward promotions and leadership opportunities
• Take ownership of client relationships by negotiating contracts, setting rates, and ensuring satisfaction with RHM’s staffing solutions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and ATS systems, tracking client interactions and candidate progress
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed, contributing to both team and company success
