Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a recruiter who will identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools and proactively screen and interview them. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to target top accounts, skill sets, and market segments while building relationships to generate referrals and sales leads.

The role also involves performing customer service tasks and engaging in community volunteering with philanthropic partners to help expand the organization’s community footprint.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $60,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $55,000; Year 2: $81,000; Year 3: $107,000.
