The path progresses to Account Executive with own book of business, leading recruiters, negotiating rates and contracts, and advancing to leadership as the company grows; we offer training, mentorship, uncapped commissions, and a strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• 0–3 years of work experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales-focused environment.
• Team-oriented with collaboration opportunities in office.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement recruiting strategies to attract top candidates.
• Learn cold calling techniques and generate sales leads.
• Negotiate job offers and educate candidates on openings.
• Collaborate with team and document activities in CRM/ATS.
• Lead client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage book of business.
