Job summary

TriNet is launching an Associate Sales Consultant program in Irvine, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates.
• Internship experience, customer-facing roles, sales exposure, or business experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process, including client engagement and follow-up.
• Develop foundational skills in business communication, client engagement, sales strategy, and prospecting.
• Assist with preparing customized presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Maintain accurate updates in Salesforce CRM and support administrative tasks.
