Job summary

TriNet is opening an Associate Sales Consultant role in Minneapolis, MN, offering an entry-level path into a structured sales development program. You will learn from experienced leaders, develop business communication and client engagement skills, and gain exposure to the full sales cycle.

This role emphasizes mentorship, onboarding, and clear growth pathways into advanced sales or field roles over time. Two cohort start dates are available: January 2027 and July 2027, with relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent college graduates.
• Internship experience, customer-facing roles, sales exposure, or business experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of TriNet’s products, services, and value proposition for SMBs.
• Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process, including client engagement and follow-up.
• Conduct account and market research to identify potential clients, decision makers, and business needs.
• Assist with preparing customized presentations, proposals, and client materials.
