Job summary

TriNet is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant in Dublin, CA. This entry-level program provides hands-on exposure to consultative sales, structured onboarding, coaching, and mentorship to build foundations in business communication and prospecting.

Two onboarding cohorts begin January 2027 and July 2027. You will learn to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and may advance into Field Sales roles based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates.
• Internship or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales cycle with client engagement and follow-up.
• Develop foundational skills in business communication, prospecting, and sales strategy.
• Assist with preparing customized presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Maintain accurate updates in Salesforce and coordinate meetings using Outlook/Teams.
