You'll start with 90 days of paid, hands-on training, then transition to a 25% uncapped commission structure. Realistic first-year earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000, with top performers earning $500,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• No roofing or sales experience is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners and building relationships.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-schedule projects.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process and deliver excellent service.
