Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative who will act as a trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish. You’ll learn through 90 days of paid training and then transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan.

Realistic first-year earnings are $100,000-$150,000, with top performers earning $500,000+ annually. No roofing experience is required; the company will teach you everything you need to know.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and guide through insurance restoration.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from initial inspection to final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting personal sales goals.
