Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in Texas seeks a Roofing Sales Representative. You’ll start with 90 days of paid hands-on training, then transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan.

No roofing experience is required as we’ll teach you the ropes and provide W-2 employment with coaching and mentorship. Meet homeowners, provide free roof inspections, educate on solutions, manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with production, and drive customer success to achieve personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.

• Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the process.
