Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer at our store in Quartzsite, AZ. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and maintain a clean, secure, and well-stocked store.

The role requires good communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as required
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
