Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and ensure the store remains clean and replenished.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, maintaining a safe and friendly environment, and supporting stock replenishment. You will work with a team to provide excellent service and may perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
