Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Meadview, AZ is looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will help customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

This role requires strong customer service, communication, and reliability. You must lift 30–50 lbs and be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent movement and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks and replenish stock.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash, and ensure neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
