Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Paulden, AZ location. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain stock and cleanliness across the store.

The role requires attention to customer service excellence, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable work in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time opportunity with benefits and team support.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience in relevant environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and friendly environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and waste.
• Other duties as assigned.
